Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, then mix in the eggnog and vanilla extract until smooth.
